Very simply put, we are only 3 worlds that contain all levels of creation
One is extremely small and cannot be perceived from within matter, and another is very large which also cannot be perceived through matter.
The body is a small part of your identity, and it interacts with both worlds through a huge series of small or large beings that use you as their material mediator.
For example, a virus or bacteria that is not perceived by your senses. It can harm you or drain your energy, or even control your feelings.
Or a very distant star can affect you through very short vibrations, which also cannot be perceived by the senses because the range of the senses is very narrow and limited.
The solution practiced by the knowers was to numb the senses or voluntarily abandon them through intense prayers and meditation, which are things that are no longer available in the current highly polluted and privacy-less era.
Leaving the senses causes the perception of dark matter, which is a quantum fluid with precise features that can be seen by activating the visual thalamus between the eyebrows, or what is called insight (the third eye).
Through this question, you can see all your thoughts, beliefs, and everything you believe in. This liquid contains the Akashic records and they only reveal what you want.
It is dangerous for some of us to attempt an inept pursuit of knowledge without being armed with a strong faith devoid of frightening or tempting arguments, along with a psychological balance in which there is contentment in surrendering to the truth without personal whims, because the higher self cannot rise to what it wants except through you, because you are in charge of dealing.
