Meditation - Episode Two

Meditation - Episode Two
Fasting is one of the most important parts of meditation
Where the five senses and the mind fast from thinking, and the instinct from movement and seeking.
This fasting works to save the body’s energy by recharging it through rest. So that the heartbeat is regular most of the time in order to match the pulse of the universe, and this leads to prolonging life and improving the vital health of the body. This is why you find that most meditators, monks, and retreatants live long lives, as if reality is preventing them from reaching enlightenment, but losing the ability to implement it on the ground.
That is why, no matter what the benefit, instruction, and understanding may be from meditation. It is not possible to fall into addiction because it is much worse than drug addiction.
We mentioned in the previous paragraph that contemplation in cities requires the presence of elements of nature, because prayer or meditation inside a cube is nothing but a stereotypical reflection without a soul. Therefore, it is recommended to pray in houses of worship because most homes are not qualified by sacred geometry for prayer or meditation.
This is true because it is difficult to meditate when you are a young married man confined to a room and your beautiful wife has a door between you and her. The same applies to prayer in an unbalanced environment to communicate with the Creator, and this is what turns it into a mechanical ritual carried out by the autopilot of the conditioned mind. While the heart must only be present at the site of its beating in order for the soul to emerge and illuminate its reality, and not to trade it or offer it as an offering.
Therefore, meditation inside the home has many conditions, unlike nature, whose demands are almost nothing.
Therefore, the icon of meditation is to recognize the soul mate, which are the two chakras, the insight and the crown, and not the lost Qadabi or the captive princess. These chakras relate to the sixth and seventh senses.
This is what the prophets, saints, monks, and retreatants did.
They lived in caves as if they were wombs
Some of them went out to God
Among them are those whom God has entered into
Currently, the situation is difficult and these methods no longer suit the methods of the current era because we are living in critical circumstances amidst accelerating events.
I wish you purity of heart and no conditions for reality, but rather an approach of principles.
The principle is composed, but beware of claiming that you are its owner.
Endure the journey, my companion.
Where you should go to
The limits of your mind.
